Team plans

Share one plan across your shop. You pay for the number of people working at the same time — not for how many people have an account.

How seats work

A seat is taken when someone opens the editor and released when they leave it. Browsing the site, reading a guide or checking your account does not use one.

Everyone signs in with their own address, so work and history stay theirs. One person can have the editor open on one machine at a time — signing in somewhere else asks them to close the first.

When someone finishes, their seat stays reserved to them for up to 10 minutes. That keeps a seat from being snatched away during a coffee break, and it is why the seat count you buy should match the number of people genuinely working at once.

Adding people

Paste a list of addresses and they join as soon as they sign in. If your shop has its own email domain you can let anyone with that address join automatically, which saves inviting each new hire.

Shared providers like Gmail or Outlook cannot be used for automatic joining, for the obvious reason. Invite those addresses individually instead.

Administrators can remove someone at any time. That frees their seat straight away.

Getting set up

Team accounts are approved by hand, usually within one business day. Ask for one from your account page and we will email you when it is ready.

Up to 150 seats can be set up this way. If you need more than that, get in touch and we will sort it out directly.

Already paying for PDF Press yourself? Your own subscription keeps working and does not consume one of your team's seats.

Ready when you are

Request a team account from your account page, or sign in if your team already has one.
