Enterprise Licensing

PDF Press Enterprise Licensing lets organizations share PDF Press subscriptions through a floating license pool. This is useful when a team needs dependable access without buying a separate subscription for every occasional user.

For example, 10 team members can share a pool of 3 subscriptions, as long as no more than 3 active users are using PDF Press at the same time. If all licenses are in use, the next user can wait for a license to become available or the organization can add another subscription.

Licenses are claimed for 10 minutes at a time, so a newly available license may take up to 10 minutes to return to the pool after someone finishes. Each browser using PDF Press counts as a separate active user, even when the same account is signed in across multiple browsers.

When you create or join an Enterprise account, eligible PDF Press subscriptions are added to the Enterprise license pool. When you leave, your subscriptions are removed from that pool. PDF Press enforces the concurrent-user limit based on the number of subscriptions in the pool.

Enterprise administrators can invite users to join their organization. The next time an invitee signs in to PDF Press and opens My Account, the invitation will be available there. PDF Press does not send invitation emails automatically.

Billing

Subscriptions are processed securely via Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. You can manage or cancel your plan from the account page at any time. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
