Description of the service
PDF Press is a browser-based PDF imposition and prepress layout tool designed for print professionals, designers, and production teams. The service allows you to arrange pages into print-ready layouts such as booklets, n-up grids, gang sheets, and cut-and-stack runs.
PDF Press is an imposition and layout tool only. It does not provide document editing, text modification, or content alteration capabilities. The service rearranges, transforms, and imposes existing PDF pages for printing and production purposes.
All file processing happens locally in your browser using WebAssembly technology. Your documents are not uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers at any point during processing.
Permitted use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use PDF Press for your personal or commercial prepress and print production needs, subject to these Terms.
You agree that you will:
- Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions for all files you upload or process
- Not use the service to process any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or obscene
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the proper functioning of the service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the service or its underlying technologies
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features or access controls
- Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to access or scrape the service without prior written permission
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the service without our written consent
- Use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or interfere with other users
Accounts and registration
You may use basic features of PDF Press without creating an account. Creating an account through Google Sign-In enables access to account features and paid subscription options.
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period, at our sole discretion.
Subscriptions and billing
PDF Press offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions provide unlimited downloads and additional features as described on our Pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or yearly) unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle acts as the merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for billing, tax calculation, invoicing, and payment processing on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your location. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods that have already been paid for.
The developer API is metered and billed by input bytes processed, drawn from prepaid GiB packs; the Desktop and CLI plans are annual subscriptions. Every purchase, including prepaid API GiB packs, is covered by our full 14-day money-back guarantee with no exceptions. See our Refund Policy for details.
Refunds
Every purchase is backed by a full, unconditional 14-day money-back guarantee with no exceptions, as described in our Refund Policy.

Third-party links and services
The service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by PDFPress. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We do not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, that outputs will be error-free or suitable for every production workflow, or that defects will be corrected. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before printing, distribution, or any other use.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDFPress, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PDFPress and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
