Who we are

This Refund Policy is provided by PDFPress ("we", "us", "our") for the PDF Press service at pdfpress.app.

Our commitment

We want you to be satisfied with PDF Press. We offer a generous free tier so you can try the service before you buy, and every paid purchase is backed by a full 14-day money-back guarantee with no conditions attached.

Our 14-Day Refund Guarantee

You can request a full refund of any purchase within 14 days of the date the payment is processed, for any reason and with no exceptions. This applies to every plan and product we sell — weekly, monthly, yearly, Desktop, CLI, and Developer API GiB packs — and to both new purchases and renewals.

There are no eligibility conditions. Your refund does not depend on whether you have signed in, uploaded, opened, previewed, printed, exported, or downloaded a file, and it does not depend on how much of any API credit you have used. If you ask within 14 days, you get your money back.

To stop future renewal charges, you can also cancel at any time from Manage Account. Cancelling ends billing at the close of your current paid period; if you would like that period refunded as well, just ask within the 14-day window.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the following information:

  • The email address associated with your PDF Press account
  • The approximate date of the purchase or renewal
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful)

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2–3 business days. Once approved, refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment processor, and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is processed, your subscription is cancelled and your account reverts to the free tier. You keep access to the free features of PDF Press, including all tools and previews with the standard download cooldown.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes promptly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account while the dispute is under review.
