Clear Label with White + Varnish Plates

Builds separate full-trim White underprint and Varnish flood separations, nests labels on clear stock, then adds kiss-cut finishing.

Ideal input: One 3×4" clear-film label page with final trim box set; this preset intentionally creates a full-trim white underbase and full-trim varnish flood

How the Clear Label with White + Varnish Plates layout is built

1. 1White / Varnish

   Creates a named White separation covering the trim box at 100%, providing an intentional opaque underbase beneath process color on clear film.

2. 2White / Varnish

   Creates a second named Varnish separation as an intentional 100% full-trim flood coat, independent of the white-ink plate.

3. 3Stickers

   Nests the prepared clear labels on A4 while treating source white as transparent for contour detection and preserving the two process separations with each repeated piece.

4. 4Cutter Marks

   Adds the Kiss-Cut layer on the imposed sheet after repetition so the face film cuts cleanly without cutting through the release liner.
