What is the difference between Trim box and Bleed box?

Trim box describes the finished piece. Bleed box includes the extra artwork beyond that cut; cropping to it keeps that extension.

Can I remove the same margin from every edge?

Yes. Choose Margins and enter the amount to crop off each side.

Does cropping resize the artwork?

It changes the page boundary instead of scaling the artwork. Use Resize when you want the content to become physically larger or smaller.

Can I use cropping to securely remove confidential content?

No. Cropping is a page-layout operation, not redaction. Use a dedicated redaction workflow for confidential material.
